Therapeutic Massage

Feeling stressed or burned-out?
Want an hour's vacation?
Suffer from stiffness or tightness?
Need positive touch?
Battling with your body?

Massage is as natural as the day you were born. What do you do when you bang your knee? You rub it. What about when your shoulders feel tight? You might squeeze them ( TRY THIS! ) or get someone else to. Hippocrates wrote about the importance of massage way back in 480 BC and Julius Caesar had daily massages in 100 BC. Massage, like many other forms of bodywork, is actually not "new age;" it is steeped in the oldest traditions of being alive and well. For me, massage is a wonderful reminder that I have a choice to be at ease, fluid, free, and peaceful in my body, and in my life.
