MODULE 1: CREATE COMPASSIONATE CONNECTION

Your body is speaking, are you listening? Reclaim your birthright to thrive (not just survive) and experience sustainable wellbeing as you create a compassion connection with your body. Be supported to turn away from stress-full cultural messages, tune in, and slow down - without guilt.  

You Will Discover:

  •  The truth of your body (psst, it is not just a bag of bones)
  • That you inhabit a body, and YOU are not your body
  • How to grant yourself permission to pause
  • A simple tool to stop criticizing your body (and anyone!)
  • The foundation for a positive relationship (with anyone!)

MODULE 2: REMEMBER HOW TO REALLY RELAX

Ease (rather than dis-ease) is your natural state of being. You have a natural superpower: relaxation. This built-in physiological reality makes everything easier and provides a powerful and sacred internal reference point to live your life. Remember, and embody, what calm and inner peace feels like.

 You Will Discover:

  • Feeling comfortable in your own skin as the new normal
  • The difference between real relaxation and numbing behaviors
  • Your body’s self-healing, life-saving capacity
  • How to release fear addiction, productivity trances, and truly be here now
  • How to expand your feel-better inventory and build a robust toolbox

MODULE 3: LEARN TO SPEAK BODY'S LANGUAGE

Your body does not lie. Without hidden agendas, it simply reflects the truth of your internal environment. Like learning a foreign language, as you listen and decode its signs and signals, you will enhance access to your inner voice, strengthen self-trust, and be empowered to honor your experience.  

You Will Discover:

  •  How to stop ignoring, suppressing, overriding body intelligence
  • What your body is saying and what to do about it
  • To listen to your body without judgement
  • How to trust yourself more via body wisdom
  • The body-soul/Self connection

MODULE 4: RESPOND TO HEALING INVITATIONS

As you listen to your body’s communication, you will tune into areas that are functioning and feeling well as well as areas that are not. Deepen your listening skills to include supportive ways to kindly interact with your body, especially when uncomfortable. Increase your knowledge of healing options to support your wellbeing journey.

  •  How to befriend pain, tension, and discomfort
  • The value of choosing support over suffering
  • A vast array of holistic healing options
  • A simple process in choosing a healing modality/practitioner
  • The power of advocating for your own wellbeing

MODULE 5: FULFILL YOUR NEEDS, YOUR WAY

As you listen, your body will tell you what it needs for greater ease and expansive energy. Learn to give your body a seat at the table of your life and get your (whole) self back!  Take inspiring action with tools and practices that feel exquisitely aligned with you.   

You Will Discover:

  •  The holistic impact of a strong physical foundation
  • A simple tool to increase your intuition
  • Practice trusting your instincts
  • Translate intrinsic needs into life-affirming actions
  • The joy of feeling good! (Or at least better!)

MODULE 6: THRIVE IN DAILY LIFE

Learn how to maintain a strong connection to your body, especially when you step out the door to the outside world! Proactively weaving in supportive practices will create a strong buffer zone to keep your relationship, and wellbeing, thriving.

You Will Discover:

  • Simple ways to tune in and practice listening
  • Tools and tricks to quiet the external chaos
  • How to plan “date nights,” quality time, and retreats
  • The power of embodiment
  • The possibility of divine living

MODULE 7: PRACTICE, INTEGRATE, PROGRESS

Practice makes progress. Fine tune the simple and life changing formula of: how am I feeling and what do I need? Integrate your experience as you continue to refine your relationship skills. Acknowledge your growth and identify your best next steps for evolving the best version of you!

You Will Discover:

  • The value of celebrating the new and improving you 
  • How to practice loving kindness
  • Deeper compassion for body, self, and others
  • The joy of an enhanced positive relationship with your body
