The Beloved Your Body™ curriculum bridges that gap by teaching you HOW TO cultivate a kind, positive relationship with your body using 10 key skills over 3 phases: Awareness, Connection, Vitalize. PHASE I. AWARENESS
#1 RECLAIM YOUR BODY AS SACRED
Break spells, debunk myths, and shatter lies from ancient and dis-empowering conditioning Remember the powerful TRUTH of your body that shifts paradigms to transform health/wellness/wellbeing with more leverage, simplicity, ease and grace.
#2 EMBRACE YOUR FEEL-GOOD
Your body is designed to return to ease, balance, homeostasis. Pleasure is one of its primary purposes. Remember how to tap into the experiences of peace, love, joy, calm, bliss, and many natural high-vibes from the inside out.
#3 ANATOMY & PHYSIOLOGY 101
Learn the basics of what your body is made of and how your body works - both physically and energetically - to maintain ease, balance, and homeostasis. Amp up your appreciation of how amazing your body is and that it is indeed your ally in doing the very best it can to support you!
PHASE II. CONNECTION
#4 TRANSFORM CRITICISM INTO KINDNESS
Stop beating yourself up! Release the stress-full learned behaviors of comparison, judgment, shame and blame that perpetuate disconnection. Be supported to integrate a compassionate approach. so that you can more easily access the wealth of your body’s wisdom.
