The Beloved Your Body™ curriculum bridges that gap by teaching you HOW TO cultivate a kind, positive relationship with your body using 10 key skills over 3 phases: Awareness, Connection, Vitalize. The result is building a strong foundation with your body wisdom to support sustainable thriving.
HOW TO REALLY RELAX™ CURRICULUM
Relaxation is natural. Not relaxing is not natural. Be supported to stop tolerating survival mode, putting up with “I’m fine,” or feeling guilty and so-called selfish. Reclaim your self-healing superpower - it may save your life - and build your toolbox to help you calm down, lighten up, and energize! (Psst, relaxation is not just sitting still.)

We assess your wellbeing in body-mind-emotion-spirit-soul and create a customized program for the evolution of your best self. A Power to Thrive Tribe Membership is included and possible topics include: holistic healing consulting; rest, relaxation, and retreat planning; soul work; movement/dance; and more.
