Every week, choose one or more co-relaxing sessions. Join us in a Zoom room, or call in, and share your intended 20-30 minute restoration practice of your own choosing.

Nap, meditate, take a bath, do a dance, call a friend, anything! Guilt-free, no shoulding, permission granted!

We all practice together, separately, with brief check in at the end. Ahhh…
