Hi! I’m Lisa Medley!

I have been studying my nervous system for 20 years. When I realized that mine is highly sensitive, I had already been a massage therapist for 10 years with a deep reverence for the body and how it works.

The knowledge of this system and my somatic respect helped to set me free from the inhumane pace of our cultural programming. I unplugged from the Matrix.

No - this course is suitable for beginners and stressed out humans everywhere. Even for those familiar with somatic or nervous system education, this may be beneficial since repetition and consistency are supportive for any embodiment process.

How long do I have access to the course?
