Many people learn about the nervous system intellectually, yet still find themselves overwhelmed, anxious, shut down, disconnected, overextended, emotionally reactive, or unable to implement the tools they “know” when they need them most.

Not because they are failing.

But because the nervous system changes through CONSISTENT practice, repetition, and lived experience — not information alone.

The NERVOUS SYSTEM REGULATION STUDIO is a supportive 8-week embodied practice space designed to help you practice working with your nervous system in everyday life.

It is not about perfection. It is a practice.

It is not about fixing yourself. It is a reclamation.

Think about it like a “gym” for your nervous system.

Simple tools, easy reps, and compassionate support to restore access to safety, presence, and aliveness again and again.

HOW IT WORKS

Over 8 weeks, we'll explore each of the 8 nervous system States - 5 Protective States and 3 Presence States - through simple, practical nervous system tools designed to support greater awareness, flexibility, and embodied connection.

Together We'll Practice:

  • Working with overwhelm, anxiety, and urgency

  • Supporting freeze, shutdown, and disconnection

  • Navigating people-pleasing and self-abandonment patterns

  • Building greater access to Safety & Connection

  • Cultivating Rest & Digest

  • Expanding Play & Excitement

The Studio meets twice each week for 45 minutes.

You may choose one OR both session series, same content in each.

Each Session Includes:

  • Brief teaching

  • Guided practice

  • Repetition and integration

  • Reflection and application

Because nervous systems learn through experience.

And transformation happens through practice.

  • 8 Tuesdays at 12pm - 12:45pm EST from June 30 - Aug 18

  • 8 Fridays at 12pm - 12:45pm EST from July 3 - Aug 21
